The IAD Occasional Papers Series is a biannual publication of multi-disciplinary, policy-oriented articles in all fields of African studies relevant to development. All manuscripts are reviewed by peers on the basis of scholarship, extent of original research, rigor of analysis, and significance of the conclusions as well as scholarship relevance to issues affecting Africa.
